Welcome to The Door Within Club! The first and only fan club on DeviantART for The Door Within Trilogy! Anyone from the Realm (or Mirror Realm!) can join and enjoy other people's fan art and fiction and meet other people with the same interests!


To join all you have to do is send me a note entitled "Join" and please watch the club (you dont have to watch, but it would be nice. plus you get nifty updates!) and I will list you as a member! Then you can submit your art (if you want) or just admire other's.

NEW CONTEST!

For this contest you shall write a chapter of fan fiction or a poem or something of the same sort, relating to The Door Within Trilogy.

You may find the Wikipedia page (found in our links) helpful.

We only got two entries so far, and I realize that everyone is busy going back to school and all, so I am extending the deadline. The contest deadline will be Saturday, September 19th.

You can have up to two entries.

To submit an entry to the contest, send your link in a note entitled "Contest Entry".

After the deadline I will post the entries to the club and we will have a vote!

The champion will have their entry as the club's Featured Deviation, a commission from AnnessaJonesu-san, AND a comment about the winning entry from Wayne Thomas Batson himself!

(and if anyone else is willing to give a free commission to the winner let me know in a note.)

PRAYER WALL!
I signed up to get prayer requests from Wayne Batson (and fellow writer Christopher Hopper) and have gotten permission to post them on this page!

Concerns:
Please pray that God would lighten Wayne and Cristopher's schedules and help them to be focused writers when they have the time.
They are setting up two release party weekends for Curse of the Spider King. Please pray that all the schools and bookstores they are contacting would be open to their events and that God would even now begin stirring hearts of lots of people to attend them.
Pray for quality time with our families during busy season of school starting up on top of book promotion.
Pray that they'll have quality time for completion of book 2 of the series: Venom and Song.
Pray for Christopher and Wayne's mental/emotional/spiritual/physical health during this crazy season.
Pray for protection for their families--that the enemy would be thwarted at every turn.
Please pray that the enemy would be crushed under the feet of all involved by God's power, and that all the events would go better than expected...including the events they've not yet scheduled.
